8 week powerlifting program

“Cory has been a friend of mine for awhile now and when I told him I was going to do a powerlifting meet he wrote me a program.  Within the first week of using his program I added 15 pounds to my deadlift. With every kind of program I have used in the past I have had little to no change in my body composition, but with Cory’s program I lost several pounds of fat and gained muscle at the same time. When meet day came around I took 1st place in my division and took the state record for deadlift in my weight and age class. I even had two pr’s during the meet!
