This program will be split into building muscle and individual body parts up, as well as form check, and a peaking cycle.  This program will shoot up all of your lifts and increase your pound for pound strength as long as you trust it.  This program will break down each lift and help you build power throughout the whole lift.  We will do all the workouts that build the key muscles, while working on your individual weak points.  This could be used to test your own strength or to prepare yourself for a powerlifting meet.
